3M in debt is not bad, but something has to give given that their revenue/margin is so low. It's great that they have ramped up total revenue, but can they make enough margin to cover salaries, costs of growth and debt payments? Without diluting the company to oblivion?
The 1B A/S number is a huge problem and no going back. You can rgue all you want that they haven't issued them, but with that leaning over the stock you will find few investors willing.
