I agree, the authorized shares need to be reduced so that investors can see mgt is confident in operations revenue instead of shareholders providing more cap growth.

The company may say they are keeping them for merger or acquisition growth, but raise them on the news then is my opinion.

I favor a big upside swing here, but the story is unfolding a page at a time. Where oh where will the OS be???? Thats the big question here. 100 million we are golden, 1 billion we are toast!
