Think you hit the nail on the coffin with this post! I just spent the last couple hours DDing my arse off and was just getting ready to post almost exactly what you posted here lol..glad I didn't or I'd look like a thief :)

I feel VERY strongly that Game Theory is the deal! I believe they acquired Fli Digital and are gonna go public with UPRD which will be HUGE!

It all adds up when you do the DD...I live in Jersey and I never even heard of Hauppauge, NY, lol.....yet it's the same address as Upward:
