Of course there "AFFILITADED", thus the "DIVIDEND"! Read the PR! You cannot give a "DIVIDEND" of a company if you are not "AFFILITADED"! That is not to hard to understand? Maybe HCKI, should give us a "DIVIDEND" of IBM, since they are not "AFFILITADED"?
