Moness Crespi Hardt write-up:

Then, two weeks ago, Teva disclosed that it had received an FDA Warning Letter regarding contamination issues at its Jerusalem oral solid dosage plant. While this plant is not involved in manufacturing generic Lovenox, the Agency wrote, “Until all corrections have been completed and FDA has confirmed corrections of the violations and your firm’s compliance with [Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations], FDA may withhold approval of any new applications or supplements listing your firm as a drug product manufacturer.”

Provided tL happens BEFORE some other positive event, the stock could do a waterfall drop to 8 or so, perhaps even 6.

$6? At the end of March, MNTA will have $5 per share in cash and A/R and another $1-$1.50 in NOL carryforwards.

I don't think that the market ever gives much value to NOL carryforwards.

And how many of us would have thought that $MNTA would be trading at $13-14, more than 6 months after mL approval. The market over reacted up to $26 after approval of mL, and it could do it again to the downside if tL is approved.

My hope is that tL will not be approved for a long time, but none of us really knows (just as we didn't know when mL would be approved and we now don't know when mC will be approved). We make what we hope is an educated guess and take our risks.
