I joined up because of the suggested connection between the FDA warning letter on one manufacturing plant that was out of compliance.

Who's suggested connection? If Teva was close to tL approval why not explain the remaining FDA issues and why did Bill Marth do a complete 180 on his bullish comments? You would think if Teva was close Bill would be more bullish than ever. Also, why agree to an extended date on the court case? Either Teva is bi-polar or it won't be obtaining tL approval anytime soon, IMO.

Provided tL happens BEFORE some other positive event, the stock could do a waterfall drop to 8 or so, perhaps even 6.
