well elite not beyond suing epic, if the drugs they promised to developed don't get made, but aside from that, if that deal is still on, than they probability wont sue, I see that epic has elite building on the web site, and they do own 46 percent of the company, if everything is cool between them, than there is no need to give them any more shares.
elite needs to get those three drugs out with in 6 month period, that phen drug, will be a great seller, also the deal between hitk, and elite is another big one. when I talk to Diane she said epic was a big help to them, and its been almost 2 years, so they did developed some drugs in elites facility.
if there cool I am cool. epic still has a big interest in the compny since they own such a large portion of it.
elite can be such a big company if they get that oxy drug out, there the only company that can sell that drug since they do have patents on control release technology. they just need to get some drugs out now, which they are working on, they need to get the batch and stability test done, and then they can sell...

re"Aside from it being counter productive they are basically friendly partners that are pretty much tied together at this point."

And a good friendly partner it is, at this point. The FDA order on their drugs is a very bad thing for Elite, as it stands, however, there is time to possibly get approval from the FDA and HITK is working on that. How long it will take to get the phentermine new drug application switched to Elite for production remains to be seen, and the dilution from midsummer and the other preferred holders is also a negative.

However, with the potential the company has... paying .05 for shares at this level, with a potential outstanding of 300 million shares, doesn't seem a bad proposition to me.
