Agreed. I see the potential for the lawsuit you talked happening but I'm sure we both hope it's a total last ditch kind of thing. I would like to see them reach the point of profitability where they can see their way clear to pay the quarterly interest payments in cash or find a beneficial equity partner that can buy the C and D out. I hope they will do so for a couple of reasons but mostly because I feel that is the issue weighing on the stock. I see you've done a lot of DD so I'm going to link this post to something you might have missed because I think everyone needs to know that an increase in the authorized is on the table. I'm not freaked about it but I know many might have a knee jerk reaction to it. They have to understand that it's business. The company has debt that they pay in shares. The debt holders can see that if this continues the authorized will be exceeded and they won't get their shares so they have insisted the company vote to increase the authorized at the next annual meeting. Read the linked filing all the way through. It could be that not closing the Epic deal with 40 million shares forestalls this occurrence but we can't count on it.
