So far as the CCEL and MEX agreement is concerned, I haven't read anything posted here with at least that much information of the original document.

In regards to CCM being profitable, you are the one bringing it up, so go do some DD and you post the proof since you are asking? I do know that CCM has about $2.4M in the bank that goes to CBAI upon closing of the LOI. It is part of the 8-K that CBAI filed in regards to the LOI. That link can be found in previous post that I just made. I'm just sayin'.
