'unexpected' & All ... From my viewpoint ...and it is considerable...From having weekly to bi-weekly communication with Nic..I have all my previous assessments confirmed!..As I had presumed.... and as it can be most obviously clear to the those that have given the effort and have respectable analytical skills...That Nic is an intensely busy man with an exceptional perception to appropriately balance his most complex life!...He is quite focused and deals with issues in genuine priority sequence!..CAPE has been for some time been competing with the pressing needs of the continued assertions and acceleration of DNPI ..AND..the unfortunate consequences of "Hedge Fund Managers Gone Bad" ..All at the same time Nic is has been balancing these needs between these and his family and.. for the record... he is most dedicated to his family ..Unfortunately it is hard to get to know any man at the best of times! But to date I have yet once seen Nic to deceive or disrespect!.. Not one of us is near perfect and I have seen Nic slip up now and again!..Sometimes I believe he puts a bit too much on his plate ..but that ..very much.. is his design and a significant key to his continued success! ..Now in direct regards to the belated PR..It is most definitely on it's way and I do believe the PR may underscore some of the unavoidable ..DRAG..on the previously stated time lines going as far back as early 2010! The current hook on the release was a very small ..shall we say.. necessary dotting of a single ...'i'...!!! That is all it is but the PR will not be released without it as per joint legal counsel! I did discuss on Friday mid day with Nic and the... push was on but it was out of his control as he was awaiting a confirmation! Nic stated ..reluctantly.. that if it did not come about Friday that we may now need to look for early to mid week! Next...in regards to the content of the PR... that is for Nic to release but it is my assessment that this will be the first in a series reflecting ..the re-direction ..the re-alignment..and re-assertion of Cape Systems as a universally beneficial going concern for all!!!
