In my conversation with CP some time ago, he said that he planned to spin off the properties one at a time after he found deposits of gold, etc. Hopefully, that is still his plan. I have always thought he was a very good miner, but not as good at PRs. More importantly, I think we have a very good CEO.
In light of this possible JV, I would like to re-post the email I got on Thursday. It hints that perhaps there may be more than one company interested in EXSFF. Here is what Gary at IR wrote:
The PDAC was excellent!!
Explor has a lot of big money opportunities from PDAC that will be played out in the next few weeks. Drilling continues at Kidd Creek - we are on hole #3. Destor drilling is done and the core is at the assay labs. Two rigs are drilling on Porcupine West and there are assays to be reviewed when the geologist and Chris get back to their offices. Things are looking exceptionally bright for Explor.
