morning all...

my take was that fund money was near to the tune of 25M, half at private placement and the other on the open market to raise the price and keep it firm. JV could be great as I believe in Chris to do us all well. I also heard hints of a JV but nothing firm. The money would be used to drill TWP fast and furious and get a resource estimate out quickly and get a buyout. cheers

B,more discussion with IR (in quote) of questions I had in February.

- At what point of confirmation through drill programs and assays does EXSFF, stop exploration and consider mining/production options?

EXS will always explor and will not mine - we have 15 properties and will define them and sell them to another company that would mine them

- What are EXSFF's plans to monetize their properties? Have there been any discussions with potential suitors for JV, offtake or buyouts?

Possibly JV, and certainly buyouts of specific properties while we continue exploring the properties we own.

- Does EXSFF have any desire to go from exploration to mining?

No

- Rumors also had EXS in disucussions with NY financier/investor?

we have meetings set up in NY in March

- Is there any inquiries or discussions on potential buyouts of TPW emerging yet? Rumor was that big boy interest was emerging and an offer was in the making if CD could prove find?

EXS will not sell until we can prove out significant deposits to ensure a very high price, however a JV could be considered if the deal were right.
