I swear it's time to blow the whistle on these Ass wipes, it's not just Inca they're screwing with. If you look at the size of the trades bringing down the pps, it's not even enough to buy dinner at McDonald's. The SEC may have put through new rulings but are they monitoring the trading activity? Looks like business as usual to me.
