The Authorized shares are only 50 million?

And the outstanding shares are only 25 million? Taking restricted shares into account, one can assume the float is far less then 25 million shares I would imagine?

And Ticker has moved into online gaming with their own software and hardware and this is all to boot along with their LED signage and news feeds?
