From the S8 filed recently:

We are authorized to issue 900,000,000 shares of Common stock, $0.001 par value. As of the date of this registration statement, we had 194,273,335 Common Shares issued and outstanding.


194 +200 =394 million outstanding

Add ?? for stock issued to pay debt, salaries, etc

My guess is they have about 500 million OS

PS: as of 12/20/10 when they filed the original S8 they had 68.5 million OS. The 194 million OS is as of 2/21/11; therefore they issued approx 126 million share in about 2 months

I might have to ammend my estimate to say 600 million by the time the file the 10K for 2010
