Not with XMDC... why would SL deal with a BK company?
Knowing that he would be giving up something and it would disappear. Any deals made would be reneged since the company would no longer exist under Chap 7.
And if SL is smart, which I think he is, he would hold out and use the BK filing as an excuse NOT to turn over any devices. Point out that the financials he was shown were outdated and no longer valid and he was lied to and demand the patents back because of the fact that he was being scammed.
