I agree, there is now, no doubt that QASP was a scam under Dean. There does seem to be some doubt about your role in all this. The data that you are coming up with now would have saved a lot of people their investment if you had done something about putting up facts long ago. Instead you just ranted and raved with nothing except calling Dean a fraud and a liar, letting the documented facts be put forth by those supporting Dean. So, you made yourself an asset to those pumping the stock, by appearing irrational.

Now, it appears you had a lot of real information you could have brought to light about the basis of the company that truly could have made the point you were screaming so loudly. Why didn't you?

Qasp was a scam when you bought into it way back when, but that was dean, this is jeff. How can you say jeff is trying to scam us? He isn't selling shares so how could he be scamming us in any way? I remember reading all your posts arguing with ICH, and you were right back then, but it was late for you once you figured it out. I'm not saying you weren't right about Dean. But things are different now, and you are 100% wrong about Jeff.

Of course it was a scam. Why do you think they are trying to stop Jeff at every turn so it is not fully uncovered? The players are nrevous and IMO the arrests are right around the corner!

Its not a question of whether QASP was a scam or not, the question is what's the future. After Owen's posting this week, there is doubt whether the RM will be accomplished, even if somehow there was a quick settlement with Canouse. Most are just watching to see what happens, unwilling to take losses now even if it means a write-off later. Obviously, completion of the RM would be positive news, but do you really think Owens is going to take on all the burden of liabilities and land mines that is QASP. Really?
