Its not a question of whether QASP was a scam or not, the question is what's the future. After Owen's posting this week, there is doubt whether the RM will be accomplished, even if somehow there was a quick settlement with Canouse. Most are just watching to see what happens, unwilling to take losses now even if it means a write-off later. Obviously, completion of the RM would be positive news, but do you really think Owens is going to take on all the burden of liabilities and land mines that is QASP. Really?
