Well if official by whose vote made it that way? Not the shareholders. I see nothing that shows Jeff is still not CEO. Dean already said he isn't. Josh by who authority not shareholders or bd of directors. So assume what you want. I sure don't believe Josh who was part of this mamt that did all the bad things done to QASP. Jeff as CEO hasn't done anything like issue shares, sell them and steal the money or blow it. So if going to take sides I go with what Jeff says. What Josh filed doesn't mean much to me since he doesn't have any authority to do it.

Unfortunately, I think You and Samples are absolutely correct. We have already lost this "investment", can't even hope to "trade" it, since that requires some upward movement at some point in time.

I was just accused of being involved in the "original scam". I doubt that even the accuser believes that, but JD could very well have been involved. I went back and read some of the incredible pumping that he did, even when many of us were questioning Dean's integrity. Back then, I WANTED to believe... I WANTED to drink Dean's kool-aid, but even then I kenw that Bradley was only out for Bradley and that Thanksforthememories was pumping kool-aid that would turn out to be bad news for everyone who believed him. So who was part of the original scam? Bradley, for sure, but who else?
