If one chooses to ignore official filings and believe a blog, then Mr. DeanGenova may appear to be the CEO.

Look.. if this guy is legit he's got pink sheets, otcbb, SEC, and a whole host of places besides Colorado where he can make filings outlining the state of the business which QASP is posing as. He doesn't do it.

Don't believe the garbage spewed on the pretend CEO's "blog" about "legal reasons". How many lawsuits do you think General Electric has going against it at any given time? They don't quit filing.

We know nothing about anything concerning QASP or Centafaux. But we do know this: Mr. DeanGinova was an active member of last years Pump and Dump team. He was as responsible as anyone in the scam perpetrated on shareholders. Centafaux is just the new chapter in the on going scam.
