I answered your question. You showed me nothing but a presentation about resources in Australia. SPLM had a tiny mention in the entire thing. So what? That doesn't refute anything I've said here.
My argument: 1. Stock price rose in conjunction with paid mailer promotions
2. Stock price action and chart exactly the same as other paid mailer promotions
3. Company has no revenues at all and likely won't for years (if ever), yet has 100 mil market cap
4. Company states in SEC filings that the only way it can get money is by selling stock
5. Company states in SEC filings about doubt to be able to continue future operations
6. Company has over $1 million in debt (and again no revenues at all)
7. Stock rose in 2008 in similar fashion in conjunction with paid mailer promotions and tanked hard
8. Accountant is based in same area as accountants for other known pump and dumps
Your argument: "Hey, there might be oil in that land!"
The bottom line is that my argument is, "If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck." You guys obviously don't think this is a duck despite all the obvious indications it's a duck.
