A mailer promotion does not a duck make. The problem is that there is zero evidence that the company had anything to do with the promotion. It may be a hedge fund, mafia, or group of some sort involved, but this does not equate to a duck. You are the only thing quacking around here apparently. You are working far too hard.

1.Stock price is rising steady from july.
2.No one exploration company has any revenue until they start production. At least u should know this.
3.Of course Company should state in SEC filings about doubt to be able to continue future operations.It is usual practice of all exploration companies.

4.You think it is my argument: "Hey, there might be oil in that land!" Sorry, it is already statement of leading independent petroleum engineering firm, Resource Investment Strategy Consultants. They do not say might be,they say for sure "Resource Investment Strategy Consultants has concluded that there is the potential for up to an estimated 219 million barrels of oil and 584 Billions of Cubic Feet of gas in-place".

And definitely u should know that people buy shares of exploration companies with big potential not because of the revenue (it is not suppose to be any),but because of what? Right,because of the BIG,BIG,BIG potential.And price is rising accordingly. The closer the drilling,the higher the price.
