Crazy we talk about .4s, we were there about a week ago and nobody was touching them. In a week from now everyone will be saying the same thing. I would love getting .6s.
That is what most buyers do, but if we truly believe this is going up, we wouldn't wait hoping it drops to .4s we would buy now and it would end up in the .7s or .8s today.
