Call me crazy... but CSIdentity would be getting something else from Guard Dog too. A far more commercial and marketing friendly name and logo. I work in the movie business and the importance of branding, labeling etc. is vital, as I'm sure many of you in other business fields are well aware.

Think about it. As a company name CSIdentity blows ass. It sounds like a cross between a TV crime show and a tech company. It's not catchy, it's not memorable.

Guard Dog, IMO, is a much stronger name, logo, brand. So not only could CSID go public very quickly and easily, it could land a more marketable and consumer-friendly "identity" in the process.

I actually doubt this is even a factor here and perhaps NOBO is right that CSID is not the merging company, but it's food for thought.
