Petaquila Min erals is a full subsidiary of PTQ much like Petaquila gold that operates the Molejon mine.

On the web site, Aquela is listed as a sub-subsidiary of Petaquila Minerals whose scope is international in nature.
It looks like Fifer has recently formed another PTQ subsidiary of Petaquila Minerals..........Iberia Resources...which is joining forces with Spanish partners to re-open these two gold mines which seems to have about 2 million oz of gold in their historical resources.

This proposed investment is not chicken feed either........$100 million euros to rehab and re-open the two mines...as well as 40 million euros for another quite different line of investment... to develop a cirtrus farm.

It looks like the consortium, led by Fifer, have the attention of the Govt and presumably may be looking for investment grants or concessions in this province of high unemployment.

It is amazing that this is happening and opens up the possibility that Fifer may sell the Molejon mine, once fully operational, to fund this major project while at the same time bulking up PDI.

Note also that the other subsidiary is also active......about 4-5 projects ongoing or about to be seeded.
