Merger audits are usually more compliated. This merger is expected to finalize before April 5th, and I personally expect it to close within the next 2 weeks, and most likely have a run-up started any day now into the merger. Once the merger is complete, we can expect a series of updates and PR's that should send this to much higher levels.
Auditing takes much longer than a few days. especially when you are a private entity and wanting to go public. The auditors need to be very thorough or else it's on them if anything are found incorrect late on.
