Don't agree with that. They pay taxes don't they? Sorry, but all of their info is already on spreadsheets. Or are you saying that they have to train the auditors first?
That isn't true. Auditing if everything is in order is very straight forward. It does NOT take this long. They told us in Feb that they were starting the auditing process. That's been a month ago almost. The merger can take a month or two I am sure, but don't be fooled into thinking that an audit takes this long.
