The Act #8 will be repealed on the 14th or 15th. There are three proposed drafts for the new bill. It will go to committee probably by the 18th. It should be out of committee by the 25th and we will know the answers to our biggest questions. It will be tweaked in the second debate and probably passed and signed into law by the first week of April. I expect it to be commented upon in detail in the subsequent events section of the MD&A section of Q3 released on April 15, 2011.
A good profitable audited Q4 report on August 30th and all will be forgotten.
