nope.......he cant r/s before he either:

1. does the divy in which the news has already been disseminated......and ONLY after all shares have been distributed on BOTH other divys.........

or

2. unwinds the whole deal and then he'll have a 30 day waiting period, after dissemination of new news, before he can dilute by 1 share..........

i know EXACTLY where to find this information.......but i think i'll let you look for it........

hint: finra website........i'll put the burden of proof on YOU to disprove it.......
