Thanks for sharing. They actually gave you a reason why they have stop tradin instead of the canned reason we have been getting from the others.

Well said sir!! I for one am not upset with the company at this point. Am I frustrated with the DTC and TDAmeritrade? Yes absolutly!! Have I filed complaints with the SEC because I think they are part at fault for NSS? Yes i have! Do I advocate others doing the Same? Absolutly!!

The only thing I have not dont since I bought into this stock is flip it! My Concern with the lock is that When I hit my comfort zone I will not have an Opportunity to sell Due the fraud committed by the DTC and Certain Brokers.

SMPP Is a Solid Company!! I have said that before and I will Say it again. SMPP is a solid Company!!

I recomend it to people i know even with the chill.
