agreed. as long as the company doesn't dilute further, this should rise again.
imo, the main reasons it crashed down so rapidly from pennies are:

1. Nov 1 filing of Form 15 (suspension of duty to file), since rescinded.

2. Dilution over the past few months. 500m over the past 2 months alone:
