If you look at their 8-k filings, almost all the unregistered shares given have been at .001, thats just the nature of the beast with pk and otc stocks, its usually at par value or maybe slightly more. I do not look at authorized shares cause that can be changed very easily, as with outstanding. I do look at what is currently out and whats been added lately compared to whats going on with the company. I do think compared to about 25 other pk and otc stocks I follow that this one has the most potential and thats why I have been buying and will be buying more tomorrow. One of their subs is already making a profit, not alot of pks or otc's can say that and have current market caps 10x, 20x, 30x, or more higher. This could pop to 10 cents or higher easy.
