I disagree with several of your statements.
First of all the shares we give for financing dont have to be given away at par value. They can be sold at any price a financer is willing to pay.
Second our AS is only 250 mil. That is not alot of shares. The fact that it is so low gives us alot of room for price appreciation. The market cap is very low for a OTCBB stock with out a good business plan, we have a very good plan. This all IMO.

I do agree that we hit a big retailer and we go up.
