Puzzling. Maybe it fell through? SKTO doesn't show Eneftech as a predecessor company at Pinksheets, or on the Daily List.

My guess is that Eneftech never made it through those "final stages" of returning to fully reporting status, and they called the deal off because of that. SKTO still isn't a reporting company. They say they're working on it in this recent PR, and there's no mention of Eneftech:
