Until FFGO distributes the Preferred Series A & B shares, we are not shareholders of NMGL or RENS. So they legally owe us nothing until then. FFGO stated clearly that they would communicate with shareholders once NMGL completed their end of the deal, and when FFGO was ready to announce the record date.
