Here's a refresher: FFGO told us that they will no longer communicate with us.
NMGL will file a Super 8-K when all the steps are completed.

I think you need to go back and look at the FFGO site. The FAQ section states that a Super 8-K will be filed by NMGL.

I don't recall them saying this. I do recall them saying that NMGL would file a Super 8-K once things were completed.
