With this stock, I'm not concerned that much with dilution as I feel added shares being available is a sign of strength in the market and in negotiating contracts.
If your balance sheet shows your are hungry, one does not deal from strength. Revenue is best, but for now its no debt and available equity.
Also, at current share level we may not be appealing to some big investors because of the low float.
I see added shares as preparation for the future. We are slowly getting known. How do we know that SKS hasnt already run into questions about viability as a supplier. I could see a senario where financial advisors have suggested certain actions to set the company up for the next levelof business.
This is what I would expect of management as part of their fiduciary responsibilities toward investors as well as keeping the company from being bought for a song so to speak.
