If one likes the offer they support your view. If one thinks there is more potential to be had they dont. Poison pills support the latter at the expense of the former.
I just hate the thought that some M&A type hawking Wave as a takeover target to some biggy before its real value is realized for you and me and we are not protected. With protection we both get a higher price.
