I can't BELIEVE the constant harping over management compensation! Bottom line: IDCC is in good financial shape and is poised to make a LOT of money; the delay is due in part to events beyond management control. jmo

pochemunyet...You are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT....POISED....haven't done it yet..I would have no problem with their compensation being doubled AFTER the earnings are in the bank and the shareholders have received their compensation for their longtime investment. You are, IMO, mostly correct in regards to "Beyond mgmt control" but there again, lets see if we do get paid what is expected and rightly ours BEFORE paying them like we've hit the mother load..JMO

If the "delay" you mentioned is due to the Nokia arbitration, then I have to disagree with you. Who author the Nokia agreement? Who makes the public proclaimation of what Nokia and Samsung owe during the Ericy settlement?
