Have to agree with you on that, Plugger. But I don't really feel like a risk-taker when I do these so-called risky trades because I believe I am making the correct trade and one can always exit, usually taking a small loss. Waiting and taking a big loss is the sort of behavior that wipes accounts out.
Besides, I'm Irish, so I have luck on my side, LOL.
Being risk-averse, you might want to look at spreads, straddles and strangles wherein one hedges one's risk further, albeit at the expense of profits. Low risk = low reward.
