Dixie--What I know about Market Makers and manipulation would fit in a thimble. So, I don't have a clue.

All I know is the house I use limits a trade to a max of 999,999 shares. So, at 0.0002, that is $200 for all purposes. The trade cost is under $10 bucks. So, I sure am not putting up a king's ransom on my buys. I am bottom feeding and hoping for some traction.
