If I was buying 'millions' of shares, wistock, then I too might 'not' put in the 'all or none' restriction, but my order was for only $100 plus brokerage fee, and one (and only one) fee is all I want for such a small buy. Joker, on RB, says he thinks it is the MM's (only) that are buying (or able to buy) at .0002, so that they can turn around and sell at .0003, I would imagine. Isn't that illegal to do in a 'so called' OPEN market?
