The trial, carried out as a project under the Commercialisation Agreement and majority funded by Consolidated Ecoprogress, is for small scale production followed by a test to validate expected product performance improvements aimed at addressing high humidity performance and lengthening storage and shelf life. This trial and test builds on the successful laboratory and bench tests reported in February 2009.

What is Xinpro anyway? Seems like its one of those mysterious entities that only has references to Paychest. I just did a quick search and nothing came up but Paychest.

There is a Xinpro in Florida, but that looks like an entirely different (real) comapany.

Of course after this socalled wonderful news its back to NO BID. Suprising? LOL!
