Yeah that makes a lot of sense....let's see.... DEC gives an order to operate to JBII while they work on their permits because DEC is calling JBII's bluff? ROFL!!! Why bother? Why didn't they just deny them permission to operate?
It seemed to me more like the DEC felt bad holding up such an amazing process by making JBI go through the process of filing permits that they knew were not a big deal and more of a formality for what JBI was doing. They basically said, this is so much better than anything we have seen in history, that we will make an exception for the first time in our existance...but to make sure you don't get too big of a head and think that you are so important that you can take forever to get these permits, we will put easy to reach timelines and penalties in place for motivation.
First time in history the NY DEC has approved (consented/allowed/whatever a rose is still a rose) COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION .....while other permits are still pending.......that about says it all doesn't it............z
