Nope. But anybody who has flown a payload in the Stratosphere, talks to them, because the Stratosphere is their core competency. Just as Winged, Heavier than Air, jet or rocket powered engined, high speed Aircraft are NASA Dryden's core competency. So GTEL sure went to the right people. Stratellite has so much in common to Dryden's core competency.
