this post is completely misleading...

1. Commercial Production has been approved by the NY DEC. (Only time in history a company has been given commercial production
approval while other permits are pending).

why not wait until it gets "approved" to call it "approved"?....

meanwhile call it anything else... but the permit is clearly NOT "approved".... that is just not true...

if i call the NYDEC and ask if the permit is "approved" i doubt they will say yes...
