Final approval of the permits is suspended, has been posted that way for over two months, you haven`t uncovered something earth shattering, the company is not suspended, fully operational with the DEC`s blessing and support. I`m sorry my word and the SEC filing is not good enough for you, for the last time I suggest you call the New York DEC yourself and please report what they tell you, until then further discussion is pointless and a waste of time unless you want to hear the same thing from other people.
