That's a pretty good summary. I've always thought it would take another couple Q's but I also agree a pop could occur at anytime. We've been lulled into complacency that we will always have another day to buy cheaply, but one day it will run hard and some will be left standing on the sidelines kicking themselves for not buying more. The sum totality of what RTGV is certainly worth more than a penny and I suspect when a little more is known it will run so hard it will make our head spin.
