Everyone was aware of the RS - just didn't think they could screw it up to the degree they have.

Zoyes appears to be failing to deliver the "new" shares to get whatever buyers he can before it becomes tradable and the house of cards collapses and hopefully burns to the ground.

If shareholders had been checking with the Florida SOS regularly, they'd have known about the pending r/s. But not many people do that.

you are correct. it never ceases to amaze me that traders dont check those sites out regularly. very important information on those sites.
