The information you are refering to is not news to anyone. What the current discussion has been about is the way they have even managed to screw up a simple RS.
But thanks for chiming in to let everyone know what "traders" should be doing. Follow the posts more than 2 or 3 and you would see what the current situation is with this scam.
The company PR'd it was effective monday - tuesday passes and brokers still have not seen the new shares - The company will sell as much as they can before allowing their shareholders to get out. THE SEC NEEDS TO REVERSE THE REVERSE AND PUT AN END TO THIS SCAM - PINKY OR NOT. WHERE IS IT STATED THAT THE SEC DOESN'T HAVE TO DO ITS JOB IF A SERCURITIES FRAUD IS COMMITTED ON A PINKY PUBLICALLY TRADED COMPANY?
The SEC and FINRA need to put these crooks down for good.
